THE PROCESS

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER 

1. Purchase a non refundable Deposit in the wedding section of our shop or press here - Purchase this $100 deposit listing by clicking “Add to Cart” and complete checkout. You will be required to fill in a form with your wording and stationery requirements.

The deposit paid will be deducted from your order total.

2. We will then send you a total invoice that will be due after final proof is approved and before the printing process begins. The price list above will guide you as to how much you can expect to pay for your order.

3. When your order has been carefully packaged and ready to send, you will be sent an invoice for your shipping payment. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and your order requirements. If you would like a rough idea of what you will be required to pay, please email us and we'll be happy to give you a rough estimate.


PROCESS

1. Proof Review - Upon receiving your deposit and wording, proofs will be carefully designed and then emailed to you within 2 business days. Two complimentary rounds of revisions are included with your package and we’ll spend as much time necessary working with you to perfect your invitations! Nothing is printed until we have your final proof approval.

2. Printing - Once we have your approval and final payment, printing will begin. Printing takes up to 6 business days from final approval. Your invitations will ship flat, carefully packaged and ready for assembly. Rush printing is available at an extra cost if needed.

3. Timing - All orders are completed in house. This enables us to make sure only the best quality if produced. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be complete from the date of proof approval. This allows for printing and packaging. If you need your order sooner, you can request a rush order for an additional $100. This will ensure your order is shipped within 7 days but please email us and check if this is a possibility for your order.

4. Shipping - All orders ship Australia Post Registered Mail requiring signature on delivery. Domestic shipping takes 5-6 business days and 3-7 business days internationally.

A tracking email will be sent when your order ships.

International customers please be aware of your countries duties and taxes, as the buyer, you are responsible for all other charges your home country may make. Please be aware that all international orders are subject to fees (depending on your countries policy). Our shipping time estimates do not include time that your order may spend in customs. Please be aware of your countries policies before ordering.
