Wedding Suite Process

View our range and fall in love with one of our collections. Make your selections, select the quantity you require and add items to your cart.

A pop up window will appear where you can add your wording details, additional info or make further selections. Alternatively, you can email us your wording.

We offer a custom design service, please get in touch if you would like something created just for you.

Once you have placed your order and filled in the relevant information required,

we will be in contact within 2 business days to let you know that we have received your order and confirm your selections made.

Once all details are confirmed, we’ll get started on the design. Please allow 5 business days to receive your first set of digital proofs.

These are provided as PDF files for you to view, check for errors and request changes as needed.

We offer 3 rounds of edits for free so please ensure you are happy with your wording before sending it through to minimise an extra edit fee.

As soon as your proofs are approved, the printing process begins. Please allow 7-10 days for the printing process to be completed.

Need them sooner? Rush orders attract a $100 fee but can be rushed through within 7 days (subject to availability).

Once your items have been carefully inspected, we lovingly pack and ship your order.
